I am a passionate and motivating girl who gets a real kick out of physical activity and connecting with people.


I have been a fitness coach and personal trainer for 8 years.


I teach various classes including Tabata (HIIT), Body Attack, Body Pump, Insanity, Zumba, Body Combat and Aqua Aerobics in various gyms.


I absolutely love what I do: I want to get everyone exercising and show them that working out can and should be fun and still give you the results that you strive for.


I started Sarah Wilson Fitness because I wanted to reach people within the community with my classes.
