As a born to move instructor my goal is to inspire the next generation to fall in love with movement and music by ensuring that the classes sparkle, bringing out the joy, vitality and self-esteem that comes with motivational movement – and watching young people thrive.


Designed to instil a love of music and movement in young people, BORN TO MOVE™ will  engage, inspire and motivate a whole new generation while improving their fitness. 


This will change their lives, build skills, - and make a lasting contribution to their future.
