ZUMBA


I love teaching Zumba, but I quickly realised that the routines from Zumba Fitness did not quite work or go down well with my classes. so I started choreographing my own routines, which became a hit with my classes. Since then I have stuck to my own choreography so all my  routines are unique. 

If you have tried Zumba and thought it was not right for you...come and give mine a go....

TABATA (HIIT) Training


I love Tabata interval workouts because they're fast-paced and fun and burn up tons of calories.


It's four minutes of high-intensity training, with weights and cardio variations alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds plus a little warm up and cool down.


We offer both 30 minute and 45 minute formats.

If your workout consists of cycling for an hour at the same pace, your body becomes accustomed to it. It means that within just a few weeks, your body will need less fuel to repeat the same workout and won’t burn any calories in the hours afterwards,

instead, aim to focus more on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). These workouts, and in particular weight-training  intervals, break down muscle tissue,this means that your body needs to work very hard after a session to recover and rebuild that muscle tissue, raising your metabolism for up to 36 hours afterwards. If you are looking to improve your fitness quickly, lose weight and tone up...then this workout is scientifically proven to help you achieve this in the fastest time.

 

This class also enables you to work at your own fitness levels with variations in exercises to suit everyone.
