Keeping safe when exercising
As with all physical activity; it is important to check with your GP if you haven't exercised for a while or have an existing medical condition.
Please inform the trainer if you have a pre existing medical condition or injury.
Our classes are physically challenging and although you may feel tired you should not experience pain. If this happens during a class, please take the options or if severe stop and alert the trainer.
It is normal to experience some muscular discomfort following a class, especially if you haven't exercised for some time. It is important to participate in the warm up and cool down sections of the class

Sarah Wilson Fitness cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions.
Should you suffer from a medical condition that you feel needs to be shared with the trainer; this information may be recorded, confidentially, for use in the event of a medical emergency. This information may be shared with health care professionals. Safety information will be given during some activities. All activities are safe if this information is followed, should you have any concerns please speak to the trainer.
No place is fully guaranteed unless a deposit or full payment of
the term fees is made. All deposits are non-transferable/refundable.
Sarah Wilson Fitness is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money in the event that you are unable to attend a class. Should a class be cancelled by Sarah Wilson Fitness a suitable alternative shall be provided at no cost to the client, in most cases an extra class is provided.
Should you need to change classes we will do our utmost to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee this.
Except in exceptional circumstances (which Sarah Wilson Fitness will determine at its sole discretion); when purchasing special offers or pre pay packages we regret that once the time limits have expired we cannot issue any refunds or credits. Pre pay packages are not transferable.
Sarah Wilson Fitness is under no obligation to refund lessons that may be missed by clients’ due to local adverse weather conditions, when the venue and local areas are safe and accessible and lessons are held.
In the instance that a hall cannot be used in the short term, we will endeavour where possible to re-schedule the class. In this instance Sarah Wilson Fitness is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred.
Sarah Wilson Fitness has a commitment to ensure that the equipment and activities are of equal value and of equal worth to everyone regardless of race, culture, language, gender, age, experience, religion, background, ability or disability.
Sarah Wilson Fitness may, at its own discretion, refuse entry to a client to its classes if it is felt that the client's behaviour is unreasonable.
From time to time we may update these terms by sending you either an updated version or notification of minor changes. You are free to not accept these changes but we would ask you to notify us in writing of your non acceptance within 14 days of your receipt, failing which we will be entitled to treat our agreement with you as being subject to the updated version.
